1. Placing Orders

All orders must be placed before the cut-off time agreed with your company. Orders placed after the agreed cut-off time will be delivered on the following working day.

The client must provide their company name and a valid mobile telephone number when placing an order.

2. Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

3. Returns Policy

As all products are freshly prepared to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted products. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.

4. Prices

VAT will be charged in accordance with current UK regulations. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The latest prices displayed on our website shall apply.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices issued to companies must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery Timing

Lunch deliveries will be made approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes after the cut-off time agreed with your company. While we endeavour to deliver within the agreed timeframe, delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
